From Crossgates: On entering Llandrindod Wells, turn right at the roundabout (3rd exit), follow the road through the industrial estate until the next roundabout, turn left at roundabout (1st exit), head up the hill taking the first right immediatly before rail crossing, follow Waterloo Road for approx 1/4 mile and turn right into trading estate (you will see a builders merchants at the foot of the hill), follow the road down the hill and bear right at the bottom, we are around the corner just on the left.

From Builth Wells: On entering Llandrindod Wells, procede along the A483 approx 1 mile, at the Auto Palace crossroads turn left, head up the hill and over the rail bridge, take the first right after the bridge, procede along this road for approx 1/4 mile and turn left into trading estate (you will see a builders merchants at the foot of the hill), follow the road down the hill and bear right at the bottom, we are around the corner just on the left.

From Newbridge-on-wye: On entering Llandrindod Wells, turn left before the cemetary, at the roundabout go straight on (2nd exit), head up the hill taking the first right immediatly before rail crossing, follow Waterloo Road for approx 1/4 mile and turn right into trading estate (you will see a builders merchants at the foot of the hill), follow the road down the hill and bear right at the bottom, we are around the corner just on the left.
